Here’s Why Sticking with One Task for Hours Isn’t Good
If you get bored easily while doing certain tasks, you’re not alone. We all do! But switching it up frequently—taking little breaks, switching to a new activity, or doing 30 minutes here and there—makes it all so much easier. Whether you’re making a sandwich, watching videos of animal antics, or even chatting with a friend for a little bit, breaking up your day helps. Studies even show that taking little breaks at work (cat videos on YouTube, anyone?) for a few minutes can help make your work day more productive! It also helps your creativity and overall mental health.
