For over 100 years, people have been leaving love letters in an oak tree in Eutin, Germany and finding their soulmates. It all started in 1898, when a forest ranger disapproved of his daughter’s love for a chocolate maker. The two lovebirds left secret love letters for each other in the oak tree and eventually married.
