At Work, Appreciation Goes a Long Way
We all like to feel appreciated by the people we engage with each day. If you’re a manager, think about how much gratitude you regularly show your team members. Did they do a good job on a recent project? Tell them in person or send them an email. Knowing that they’re valued will not only make them feel good, but it can be a buffer against the day-to-day stressors at the office.
