A Deaf Musician Sings Beautifully By Using Vibrations in the Ground
Mandy Harvey was a music major in college when she lost her hearing. Thinking she couldn’t sing anymore, she returned home and gave up on her dream. Later, she discovered that she could still sing and became a singer-songwriter. She uses her vocal chords’ muscle memory and the feeling of sound vibrations to create her unbelievably beautiful songs. Since she can’t hear her own notes, Mandy sings into a recorder and sends it to other people who can chart the music for her. She has released four albums and is an inspiration with her gorgeous tone and talent.
