A Farmer Plants 4 Miles of Sunflowers in Honor of His Late Wife
Grief and mourning are two of the toughest periods we can go through in life. Don Jaquish knows this all too well after losing his wife, Babbette, to cancer last year. However, he is turning his grief into beauty by planting 4 miles of sunflowers lining Highway 85 near his home is Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He and his family are now selling the seeds from those flowers, with the proceeds going towards the funding of cancer research.
