This Filmmaker Captures a Painting Being Created from an Incredible, Up-Close View
When we view a painting, we’re usually seeing the finished product. But what we don’t see is the countless individual strokes and moments that make up the final work of art. So filmmaker Trent Jaklitsch decided to film the process, up close and personal. He trained his lens closely on painter Alyssa Monks’ brush, and the simple beauty he captured seems like it could be from another world.
