Do You Wish to Have a Good Day, Every Day? Here’s What You Need to Do
Gen Kelsang Nyema is an American Buddhist nun who believes that we can all learn to meditate and find peace, no matter the situation or day-to-day happenings. She wants us to realize that outside factors—what someone said to us that day, or how we didn’t get something we wanted at lunch—can’t be responsible for us having a good day or bad day. Simply put, we’ll never be in control of those factors. What we can be in control of, however, is how we run our lives day to day.
