How Changing the Way You Set a Goal Improves Your Chances of Success
Setting new goals for ourselves can help propel us forward, but how do we define success in reaching them? Sadly, we often only view our efforts as successful when we reach certain milestones, discounting any progress we’ve made that doesn’t completely hit the mark as failure. The better way, as this video shows, is to rethink our measure our success by the progress we make, no matter how seemingly incremental, rather than lamenting our shortcomings.
