How to Feel Fulfilled (and Keep It That Way)
At some point or another, we’ve all looked at a friend, a family member, or public figure and thought, “Wouldn’t it be great to be him/her?” It’s easy to compare yourself to others, and in turn, highlighting the things that we don’t like about ourselves. What if we instead focused on the things that we do have, by practicing gratitude regularly? Keeping tabs on the good things makes us less likely to pine over the traits and things we don’t possess.
