The Easiest Road to Happiness
Wading knee-deep in a “blah” swamp? Use your happiness skills to appreciate life more in a fun, interesting way! For example: you could go on a savoring walk in a new neighborhood, send a friend a colorful thank-you note with special stationary, cross something small off of your “bucket list” (or make plans to do so within the next week), donate your time at the local senior citizen’s center, or go to a museum with an exhibit that highlights a different culture or period of time than yours to empathize with someone else. The possibilities are endless!
