The One Thing All Real Leaders Do
What do influential leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., John F. Kennedy, Mahatma Gandhi, and many others have in common? They didn’t wait for change to happen. They actively pursued it and inspired others around them to do the same. Leaders aren’t great because they exude charisma or give eloquent speeches (though they sometimes do). They’re great because they envision a world that’s better than the one they’re living and are continuously doing their part to create it with their words and actions.
