With a Simple Gift, This Boy Changed the Lives of Thousands of Kids
When he was 10, Ethan went to Mozambique with his father. He brought his soccer ball for fun, but noticed that while he had five of them at home, the kids he met had nothing but plastic bags bunched up with rubber bands—their best attempt at a soccer ball that they could never get their hands on. Looking to change that, he and his family started a nonprofit to get soccer balls into the hands of kids who would enjoy it the most. Who knew such a simple gift could make thousands of kids on another side of the world so much happier?
