This Experiment Shows That Improving Your Day Is as Simple as 1-2-3
In this social experiment, passers-by are asked to rate how well their day is going. They are then asked to list three good things that happened to them so far that day. As they talk about accomplishing a task, going to yoga, getting their hair done, or simply having a nice coffee, their perspective—and mood—changes. It’s fascinating how quickly someone’s day can seem better.
