What Happify Health Is Doing in Response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Over the past few weeks, it’s become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented challenge. Understandably, facing new and uncertain situations and challenges can increase our overall stress and worry levels. It’s easy for negative thoughts to infiltrate our mind and to feel anxious watching the news and to worry about family and loved ones.

Happify Health’s role and responsibility during this crisis continues to be to support the mental health and well-being of all of our users and partners. Now more than ever, the essential skills that form the foundation of Happify are necessary to help us all in maintaining our mental health so that we have the energy and resilience to weather this storm.

But unprecedented times require more than the status quo. We want to provide additional help and support, specific to these difficult times. Here’s what Happify Health is doing in response to the coronavirus (Covid-19):

  • Proactive user communications and resources: Happify continues to deliver 24/7, multi-discipline support for all of our users to help them manage stress, reduce worry and gain control over their emotions. Additionally, Happify is creating specially tailored content and tracks to help our users during this challenging time. Our latest article on “5 Ways to Care for your Mental Health During the Coronavirus Outbreak” can be found here.
  • Resources beyond the app: To further help you de-stress during this time, all members and partners are invited to join us for a free one-hour yoga session on Thursdays at 5 p.m. ET on Happify’s Facebook page. Additionally, we’ll be hosting a free one-hour webinar on April 7th at 1 p.m. ET on how to stay positive and resilient while working from home, featuring positive psychology coach and workplace expert Stella Grizont. RSVP here.
  • Supporting our clients: We want to ease your burden as you work to support the mental health needs of your employees and plan members. That’s why we’ve created multi-channel content that you can use to let your members/employees know that Happify is a resource that can help them during this time to manage or combat their stress and worries.
  • Keeping our employees safe and healthy: As per the guidelines of the CDC, Happify Health has moved to a full-remote workforce. This ensures not only the health and safety of our employees but allows us to continue to be fully operational to support our members and clients.

Remember, we are all in this together. We gain strength standing together as a global community supporting one another.
