About the Study

This research study is designed to evaluate the safety and
effectiveness of Ensemble, an app to help you gain control over Major
Depressive Disorder (MDD) or Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).

Over the course of 10 weeks, you will get access to a series of short,
engaging and fun activities to complete for a total of 15-30 minutes each day,
building up necessary skills that could become healthy habits. This is
referred to as digital therapeutics, which are mobile applications
designed to help in the treatment of a particular disease or condition.
