About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Client Solutions and Implementation, the implementation manager will be an integral part of the Client Solutions & Implementation team driving growth and customer satisfaction at a fast-growing early stage company. Candidate will ensure that procurement and implementation deliverables for current and future client engagements are delivered on-time, successfully deployed according to customer specifications, and effectively communicated throughout the process.

To be successful in the role, the successful candidate will have the ability and flexibility to multitask and collaborate with others working across various geographies and global regions. Requires exceptional detail orientation and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure implementation success.

Essential Job Functions
  • Maintain accurate and current records in our project management tool Asana for internal and external reporting.
  • Work to implement client accounts by coordinating with marketing, sales, and ops department in creating boarding process flows, timelines, customer order forms, capacity planning and presentation materials.
  • Engage with customers on day-to-day follows ups, meeting notes, and organizing effective solutions to ensure success.
  • Work with VP of Customer Solutions and Implementation, along with Chief Experience Officer to ensure operational processes are optimized to drive activation & engagement, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure DropBox file folder storage and HIPAA folders are accurate and up-to-date on various templates, artifacts, and processes.
  • Help to organize agenda items for discussion at the weekly staff meetings.
  • Help to support RFPs/RFIs, including and not limited to various Procurement related tasks around Security Reviews and Contracting.
  • Collaborate and coordinate related tasks with IS Compliance team to ensure prompt resolution and internal enhancements by understanding and capturing customer requirements and Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordinate with Account Management lead to ensure proper handoff of responsibility and follow up after implementations go-live.
Required Skills and Experience

Relevant Work Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience working in healthcare industry
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Working in consulting industry a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Task and detail oriented, very organized and ability to interact with customer(s) as needed
  • Ability to understand key nuances of healthcare marketplace and market knowledge
  • Curious and collaborative problem solver
  • Required proficiency in various programs including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Asana, G-Suite
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced start-up environment preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, with advanced degree preferred.
